Engagement of an Individual Consultant as Senior Associate Consultant Grade-I (AI/ML) in TRAI’s IT Division, HQ New Delhi, on a one-year contract extendable based on performance and requirement. Key duties include integrating domain knowledge into datasets and model validation, implementing explainable AI for regulatory reporting, designing and deploying AI/ML models for regulatory use cases, regulatory data analysis, model training/evaluation/deployment and maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, tracking regulatory requirements and updating models, exploring AI/ML solutions and conducting awareness sessions, and assisting in materials for national/international workshops and events.

- Desirable: AI/ML certifications; domain expertise (telecom/finance/economics); cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹1,20,000 - ₹1,20,000 Monthly
> Allowances: Transport Allowance Rs 8,000 per month (fixed).

- Detailed role/experience certificate, project completion/assignment certificate, job description, employer-certified project profile, performance appraisal extracts, professional certifications, or other documents indicating nature of work, technologies/tools used, and duration; claims may be verified and unsupported claims rejected.

- TRAI reserves the right to cancel the selection/appointment process at any time without assigning reason.

Training Details
- 1. Certification courses:

Bond or Service Agreement
- 1. Undertakings at joining:
- Consultant must sign confidentiality agreement and undertaking not to claim TRAI staff status; comply with Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Annexure-A).
- 2. Termination/notice:
- Either side may terminate with one month’s notice; TRAI may terminate without notice for unsatisfactory performance/breach (pro-rata remuneration provisions apply) (Annexure-A).
