1. Application Period:

The application window for Executive Trainee positions is open from July 21, 2025, to August 20, 2025. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Total Number of Vacancies:

A total of 8 vacancies are available across disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Information Technology.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university. Age should not exceed 27 years as of August 20, 2025.

4. Selection Process:

The selection process includes an Objective Type Online Test, Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000 during training. Post-training, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers with a pay scale of ₹40,000-3%-₹1,40,000.
