Job Details

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) invites applications on deputation (on foreign service terms) for one post of Deputy Director General at Regional Office, Chandigarh. The post carries Pay Matrix Level-14 of the 7th CPC. Eligible officers include Central Government officers holding analogous posts or with four years of regular service in Level-13, and officers from State/UT Governments/PSUs/Autonomous Organisations in corresponding grades, subject to an upper age below 56 years on the closing date. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Essential: Central Government officers in analogous posts on regular basis OR with four years’ regular service in Level-13 (or above); OR officers from State/UT Government/PSU/Autonomous Organisation holding regular post in corresponding grade with requisite experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in large-scale project monitoring/implementation; work in Administration/Legal/HR/Finance/Accounts/Budgeting/Vigilance/Procurement/Planning; experience in e-Governance and ICT projects.

Age Limitations:

  • Age: Below 56 years as on the closing date for the application.
  • Residual service: Minimum residual service of three years as on the closing date.

Additional Information

  • Tenure of deputation: Five years; lending organisation may relieve for a lesser period subject to a minimum of three years.

Salary Details

> Salary Range: ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200 Monthly

> Allowances: As per UIDAI Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service Regulations, 2020.

  • Pay matrix level: Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200) of the 7th CPC.
  • Leave: Leave shall be regulated by the CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972.
