The Ministry of Home Affairs (Disaster Management Division) proposes to engage retired personnel at Under Secretary level, who served in the Central or State Government, autonomous bodies or PSUs and held a post at the level of Under Secretary (Pay Level-11) or equivalent, to render their services as Under Secretary in the Integrated Control Room for Emergency Response (ICR-ER) on contractual basis. The scope of work covers the day to day running of the ICR-ER; initiating necessary action in all administrative matters; procurement and supply of stores, stationery and computer consumables; and taking up issues for the proper functioning of the ICR-ER such as management of facilities, vehicles, catering, security, manpower and annual maintenance contracts for the various subsystems of the ICR-ER.
