The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2026. 1. Application Period:

The application window for the IES/ISS Examination 2026 is open from February 11, 2026, to March 3, 2026. Candidates are advised to apply early to secure their preferred exam center.

2. Examination Date:

The IES/ISS Examination 2026 will commence on June 19, 2026, across various centers in India.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications and age limits, as specified in the notification.

4. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹200 is applicable for General and OBC candidates. Female, SC/ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

5. Admit Card Release:

Eligible candidates will be issued an e-Admit Card on the last working day of the week preceding the examination date.
