3. APARs Submission:

Copies of the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last 5 years, from 2019-20 to 2023-24, must be enclosed.

4. Vigilance Clearance:

Vigilance clearance is required, confirming the officer is clear from any vigilance angle.
