1. Position:

Whole-time Company Secretary on Contractual basis at Balagarh Port Infrastructure Development Limited.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. Preferred age is within 40 years.

3. Desired Qualifications:

Candidates with qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or LLB are preferred.

4. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted by March 10, 2026.

5. Remuneration:

Fixed consolidated remuneration of ₹75,000 per month.
