Job Details
The Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India requires the services of one Young Professional to work in its Cyber Security Cell on a contract basis. Per the Terms of Reference at Annexure-I, the Young Professional carries out cyber security audit and VAPT work (web and mobile application auditing including Android and iOS, vulnerability assessment, compliance audit, code review, source code security audit, remote vulnerability assessment and security testing of web applications, static source code vulnerability audit, security validation of cryptographic functions and routines, and evaluation of VAPT tools and solutions); analyst, developer and auditor work (tracking and analysis of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, support for exploit testing, script writing, advisory preparation, feasibility determination through problem definition and requirement analysis, solution design and development, systems analysis and recommendation of policy, procedure, platform and product changes, and leading teams developing scripts for malware analysis and forensics); and general work (analysis of procedures and technical matters, preparation of draft reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, coordination and attendance of meetings, preparation of agenda and minutes, follow-up with stakeholders in the Ministry, State Governments and industry, and presentation of findings in Ministry or industry forums). It is a full-time assignment; office space and equipment are provided at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Ministry of Civil Aviation office timings apply, and attendance on off days or for extended hours may be required as per work requirement.

Job Summary
One contractual post of Young Professional in the Cyber Security Cell of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, New Delhi, at Rs. 75,000/- per month all inclusive. Open to candidates aged 21-32 holding a B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or Electronics and Communication with at least 60% aggregate marks, plus a cyber security certification (CEH, CISSP, CISA, OSCP) or a diploma in cyber security, and a minimum of 2 years of cyber security experience.
