- Click Academic & Experience Marks Calculation and then the View option to see/download the marks sheet.
- 4. Submit objection:
- If you disagree with the calculation, email your objection with justification and supporting documents to bpscpat-bih@nic.in by 06.08.2026.
- 5. Download OMR:
- From the Dashboard, download your OMR sheet during 25.03.2026 to 01.04.2026.
- 6. OMR objection:
- If any discrepancy is noticed in the downloaded OMR, email details to examcontroller-bpsc@gov.in by 01.04.2026; other modes are not accepted.

Selection Process
- 1. Marks components:
- Academic/Experience, relevant professional course and sports achievement marks are calculated by the subject expert committee based on documents submitted during DV.
- 2. Objection review:
- Objections received by 06.08.2026 will be examined; Commission’s decision will be final.
- 3. Access mode:
- Marks are available only through the candidate login as directed in the notice.
- 4. Final DV for absentees:
- Candidates absent earlier must report for Document Verification on 20.08.2026 at BPSC office, as a final opportunity.
Admit Card Details
- 1. No separate DV admit card:
- BPSC will not issue a separate admit card for DV; the written exam admit card will be valid for entry.
Document Requirements
- 1. Application Summary Proforma (Proforma-I):
- Form to be filled by the candidate in blue/black pen with a passport-size photograph affixed.
- 2. Application form:
- Hard copy of the online application (Part–I and Part–II) downloaded from the BPSC website.
- 3. Matriculation proof:
- Matric certificate/mark sheet for proof of date of birth.
- 4. Educational qualifications:
- All certificates and mark sheets of required qualifications as per Advt. 90/2025.
- 5. Sports coaching credentials:
- Relevant diplomas/degrees/PG programmes in sports coaching (e.g., from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, LNIPE/recognized universities) with mark sheets, as applicable per the advertisement.
- 6. Category certificates:
- SC/ST/EBC/BC certificates issued by competent authority of Bihar; OBC/EBC must produce valid Non–Creamy Layer certificate, if claimed.
- 7. EWS certificate:
- Valid EWS certificate as per Government of Bihar norms and prescribed format.
- 8. PwBD certificate:
- Valid disability certificate issued by competent authority; time-expired/renewal-due certificates will not be accepted.
- 9. Domicile/reservation basis:
- Applicable residence/domicile or other reservation-basis certificates claimed in the application.
- 10. In-service candidates:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, if applicable.
- 11. Photo and ID:
- Recent coloured photograph and a photo ID in original (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN/Driving Licence, etc.) with one self–attested copy.
- 12. Self–attested copies:
- One set of self–attested photocopies of each submitted document along with the originals.
- 13. Certificate date cut-off:
- Only documents issued on or before 26.09.2025 (last date of online application) will be considered for eligibility and reservation claims.
- 14. For objections on marks:
- Send objection with explanatory note and copies of relevant supporting certificates to bpscpat-bih@nic.in by 06.08.2026.
- 15. Proforma-II (Sports Marks):
- Blank Proforma-II to record marks for sports achievements and for sports professional courses (Bachelor, NSNIS/LNIPE Diploma/PG Diploma, Master, Ph.D), compute Total Marks (1+2), and sign/date.
Important Instructions
- 1. Absence policy:
- If a candidate is absent on the scheduled DV date/shift, they will be treated as absent and their candidature may be cancelled; no additional date will be given.
- 2. Compliance with application data:
- All documents must substantiate the information/claims made in the online application; discrepancies may lead to rejection.
- 3. No TA/DA:
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Document Verification.
- 4. Claims after deadline:
- No claim or objection will be accepted after 06.08.2026; the Commission’s decision will be final.
- 5. Final chance instruction:
- This notice is a final opportunity for absentees; they must appear on 20.08.2026 and follow the DV instructions issued on 05.06.2026 at bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

- 11. Age entry format:
- Enter age as on 01 अगस्त 2025 in years, months and days.

- Provide signatures in both Hindi and English at the Commission office in the spaces provided on page 2.

- Enter medal/participation details for listed competitions and divisions for professional courses (A/1st, B/2nd, C/3rd), compute Total Marks (1+2), and sign/date the form.

- 1. Non–submission of originals:
- Failure to produce original documents supporting eligibility/reservation claims at DV will result in cancellation of candidature.
