The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued an addendum to the CISF Assistant Commandants (Executive) LDCE 2025 notice, originally published on December 4, 2024. The addendum modifies Rule 3, clarifying the service record requirements for candidates.
- 1. Service Record Requirement:
- Candidates must have completed 4 years of regular service as of January 1 of the exam year in the rank of Sub Inspector (GD)/Inspector (GD), including basic training. They must have a clean service record without any minor or major punishments as per CISF Rules, 2001.
- 2. Clarification on Punishments:
- Candidates should not have been imposed with any minor punishment under Rule-34 (vi-x) for the last 4 years or any major punishment under Rule-34 (i-v) during their entire service.
