Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Executive Trainees for 2026. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection stages for various engineering and management disciplines.

1. Application Period:

The application window for the Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 is open from January 28, 2026, to February 20, 2026. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a degree in relevant engineering disciplines or a Master's degree in HR with a minimum of 65% marks. Age should not exceed 27 years as of February 20, 2026.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes an online test, group discussion, writing skills assessment, and personal interview.

4. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹1000 is applicable for General and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

5. Training and Salary:

Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program with a stipend of ₹50,000 per month. Upon successful completion, they may be appointed as Assistant Managers in the E-1 grade.
