The Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has released a notification for the engagement of Consultants on a short-term contract basis in the Directorate of Extension. The positions are open to retired government officers with relevant experience. Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of advertisement.

1. Position:

Consultant in the Directorate of Extension on a short-term contract basis.

2. Eligibility:

Retired Government officers from the post of Under Secretary or equivalent with experience in litigation, RTI, grievances, recruitment rules, and administrative matters.

3. Contract Duration:

Initially for six months, extendable based on performance and requirement.

4. Application Deadline:

Applications must be received within 15 days from the date of advertisement.

5. Remuneration:

Regulated as per MoF, DoE’s OM No- 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020.
