- Retirement Requirement: Retired from the post of Under Secretary or equivalent from Government of India.

Selection Process
- 1. Screening Process:
- Applications will be scrutinized by a 3-member Screening-cum-Selection Committee.
- 2. Selection Criteria:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on merits and may be called for a personal interaction.
Document Requirements
- 1. Required Documents:
- Retirement order, last pay drawn certificate, educational/technical qualification certificates, PPO, and computer knowledge details.
Important Instructions
- 1. Application Deadline:
- Applications must be received within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
- 2. Confidentiality:
- Consultants must treat all official information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of the performance of services.
Bond or Service Agreement
- 1. Termination Clause:
- The engagement can be terminated by either side by giving 15 days notice.
Disqualification Criteria

- Inability to address assigned work, unsatisfactory quality of work, failure in timely achievement of milestones, or lack of honesty and integrity.

- 1. Leave Policy:
- Consultants are entitled to 1.5 days of leave for every completed month of service.
