- 1. Application Period:
- The application window for the contractual engagement of CS Professionals is open from July 15, 2022, to August 7, 2022. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.
- 2. Total Number of Vacancies:
- There are a total of 6 vacancies for the position of Company Secretary Professional on a contract basis, distributed across various categories.
- 3. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in the company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company.
- 4. Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on an interview of eligible and shortlisted candidates. A screening test may be conducted if required.
- 5. Application Fee:
- A non-refundable application fee of ₹400 is applicable for General and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
