The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has released a comprehensive FAQ document for candidates applying under Advertisement No. 152. This document addresses common queries related to age relaxation, application process, experience weightage, and more.

1. Age Relaxation:

No age relaxation is applicable for Reserved Categories (OBC/SC/ST) under lateral recruitment as per the rules.

2. Multiple Applications:

Candidates can apply for multiple posts under Advt. No. 152, but a separate application is required for each post.

3. Posting Location:

Selected candidates will have the field service liability to serve anywhere in India.

4. Experience Weightage:

Maximum weightage of up to 3 years is given for work experience as a Research Fellow/Associate, with additional weightage for ME/M.Tech degree holders.

5. Final Date for Age Calculation:

The closing date of online registration, 09 May 2025, is the final date for calculating age and length of experience.
