The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has released an official notification detailing the pay equivalence matrix and experience requirements for various Scientist positions, including Scientist C, D, E, and F. The notification outlines the necessary experience, supporting documents, and pay equivalence levels for candidates from different organizational backgrounds.

1. Scientist C Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience required in Central/State Government with proof of Class I/Group A Gazetted Officer status or equivalent. Pay equivalence proof as per 7th CPC is mandatory.

2. Scientist D Experience Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience required. Candidates must provide proof of Pay Level-11 equivalence as per 7th CPC and experience certificates from relevant authorities.

3. Scientist E Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience required with proof of Pay Level-12 equivalence as per 7th CPC. Supporting documents for length and level of experience are necessary.

4. Scientist F Experience Requirements:

Minimum 13 years of experience required. Candidates must provide proof of Pay Level-13 equivalence as per 7th CPC and relevant experience certificates.

5. Pay Equivalence Levels:

The notification details pay equivalence levels for different periods, including experience from 2011 to 2025, with specific pay scales for Central/State Government, PSUs, and other sectors.
