Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: More than 15 years in relevant courts and commissions.
2. Panel Counsel Grade-II
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: More than 10 years in relevant courts and commissions.
3. Panel Counsel Grade-III
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: More than 7 years in relevant courts and commissions.

- Fee Structure: Fees for various services are detailed in Annexure-III, with specific rates for drafting, appearances, and conferences.
