The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has announced the empanelment of Panel Counsel for representing TRAI in various legal matters. Interested advocates with adequate experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, and cable services are invited to apply by April 3, 2025.

1. Application Deadline:

Applications for empanelment as Panel Counsel must be submitted by April 3, 2025.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Advocates must have experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, and cable services, and be well-versed in constitutional law.

3. Tenure of Empanelment:

The initial tenure is two years, extendable based on performance.

4. Professional Services Required:

Counsel will represent TRAI in courts, provide legal advice, and draft legal documents.
