Job Details
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct CRP RRBs XI for recruitment of Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks across India. Scale I and Office Assistant selection comprises Preliminary and Main online examinations (and interview only for Scale I), while Scale II (Generalist and Specialist) and Scale III have a Single online examination followed by interview. Provisional allotment is on a merit-cum-preference basis, restricted within the opted state for Officers Scale I and Office Assistant, and subject to actual vacancies reported by RRBs. Bank/state-wise indicative vacancies are provided in Annexure-I; reservation, age relaxations and PwBD provisions are as per Government of India rules.

- Allotment validity: Validity of CRP RRBs XI will expire one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier.

- Preliminary and Main examinations; shortlisted candidates from Main will be called for Common Interview coordinated by Nodal RRBs with NABARD and IBPS.
- 3. Officer Scale II & III:
- Single online examination; shortlisted candidates will be called for Common Interview.
- 4. Weightage:
- Online Examination and Interview weightage 80:20 for Officers cadre.
- 5. Merit & allocation:
- Provisional allotment based on merit‑cum‑preference, reservation policy and vacancies; restriction within opted state for Scale I and Office Assistant.
- 6. Normalization:
- Scores normalized (if multiple sessions) using equipercentile method; scores up to two decimals.

- 1. Download:
- Call letters to be downloaded from www.ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth; no hard copies sent.
- 2. Preliminary call letter handling:
- For Scale I and Office Assistant, Preliminary call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and retained by candidate; must be produced with Main call letter.
- 3. Photograph requirement:
- Carry one additional photograph (same as on call letter) for each exam stage; without it, entry will be denied.

Job Details
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct CRP RRBs XI for recruitment of Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks across India. Scale I and Office Assistant selection comprises Preliminary and Main online examinations (and interview only for Scale I), while Scale II (Generalist and Specialist) and Scale III have a Single online examination followed by interview. Provisional allotment is on a merit-cum-preference basis, restricted within the opted state for Officers Scale I and Office Assistant, and subject to actual vacancies reported by RRBs. - For Scale I and Office Assistant, Preliminary call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and retained by candidate; must be produced with Main call letter.

- Carry one additional photograph (same as on call letter) for each exam stage; without it, entry will be denied.
- 4. Submission (Scale II & III):
- For Officers Scale II & III Single exam, submit call letter with photocopy of ID proof (and scribe form if applicable) in designated drop box after exam.
Reservation Details
- 1. Age relaxations:
- SC/ST 5 yrs; OBC 3 yrs; PwBD 10 yrs; Ex‑Servicemen (as applicable per post) per GOI rules; Widows/Divorced/legally separated women (Office Assistant) up to 35/38/40 yrs for Gen/EWS/OBC/SC-ST; Persons affected by 1984 riots 5 yrs.
- 2. PwBD categories:
- Reservation for benchmark disabilities under RPwD Act 2016: locomotor including leprosy cured, cerebral palsy, dwarfism, muscular dystrophy, acid attack victims; Visual Impairment; Hearing Impairment; Intellectual disability (ASD/SLD/MI); Multiple disabilities.
- 3. EWS:
- Reservation for EWS subject to income/assets criteria; valid Income & Asset Certificate required; vacancies subject to GOI directions and outcome of litigation.
- 4. OBC (NCL):
- OBC certificate must specify non‑creamy layer as per GOI; creamy layer not entitled to OBC reservation.
Document Requirements
- 1. At interview/joining:
- Interview call letter; system-generated application printout; DOB proof; photo ID; degree/mark sheets with proof of result declared on/before 27.06.2022; experience certificates (as on 27.06.2022) if applicable; caste/ EWS/ PwBD certificates in prescribed formats; ex‑servicemen documents as applicable; NOC for Govt/PSU employees; eligibility certificate where applicable; any other relevant documents.
- 2. Identity verification:
- Acceptable IDs include PAN, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter’s Card, Bank Passbook with photograph, photo ID by Gazetted Officer/People’s Representative, college/university ID, Aadhaar/E‑Aadhaar, Employee ID, Bar Council ID; Ration Card and Learner’s License not accepted.
Important Instructions
- 1. Application integrity:
- Details in the online application (name, category, DOB, post, centre, local language, RRB preferences, etc.) are final; no change permitted after submission.
- 2. Conduct:
- Unruly behaviour/misconduct at exam centres may lead to cancellation and debarment from future IBPS exams.
- 3. COVID-19 advisory:
- Social distancing exam instructions apply; candidates may be required to bring mask, gloves, sanitizer, water bottle, and follow venue protocols.
Interview Details
- 1. Posts:
- Interviews applicable only for Officers (Scale I, II and III).
- 2. Coordination:
- Interviews coordinated by Nodal RRBs with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority; venues will be notified in call letters.
- 3. Marks & weightage:
- Interview carries 100 marks; combined weightage of Online Examination and Interview is 80:20 for Officers cadre.
Training Details
- 1. Pre-Exam Training (PET):
- PET may be arranged by RRBs for SC/ST/Minorities/Ex‑Servicemen/PwBD (Office Assistant) and SC/ST/Minorities (Officer Scale I) at designated centres, subject to safety and feasibility.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Unfair means/misconduct:
- Use of unfair means, impersonation, disclosure of test content, or carrying prohibited devices may result in disqualification, debarment and/or criminal prosecution.
- 2. Response analysis:
- IBPS may analyze response patterns; if scores are found non‑genuine/invalid, candidature will be cancelled and results withheld.

- List of state-wise language versions is provided in the notification; candidates must exercise this option carefully in the application.
- 2. Call letter handling:
- Specific instructions apply for handling authenticated/stamped Preliminary call letter for Scale I and Office Assistant and for document submissions at Main/Single exams.
- 3. Allotment reserve list:
- A reserve list up to the extent of vacancies as per extant provision may be maintained and will expire one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or upon fresh allotment, whichever is earlier.
