Job Details
IBPS will conduct CRP RRBs XIV for recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks. Officers Scale I and Office Assistants face a two-tier exam (Preliminary and Main); Officers Scale II & III face a Single online exam. Shortlisted Officers will be called for a common interview coordinated by Nodal RRBs with NABARD and IBPS. Provisional allotment will be based on merit, preferences and actual vacancies reported by RRBs, adhering to Government reservation guidelines.

- Validity of CRP: CRP RRBs XIV validity expires one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier.

- 2. Separate applications:
- A candidate may apply for Office Assistant and one Officer cadre post only (Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III); pay fees separately for each application.
- 3. Registration period:
- Online registration and fee payment from 01.09.2025 to 28.09.2025 (as per corrigendum dated 21.09.2025).
- 4. Uploads required:
- Photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration, SSC/SSLC/10th certificate, and PwBD/limitations certificates where applicable (as per Annexure III specifications).
- 5. DigiLocker:
- DigiLocker integration is available to voluntarily share issued credentials (Aadhaar, educational documents, etc.).
- 6. Edit window:
- A 2–3 days ‘Edit Window’ after application close will be announced; a correction fee of Rs.200 (inclusive of GST) applies; certain fields (e.g., Name, Email, Mobile, Post, State/UT) are non-editable.
- 7. Scribe/compensatory time option:
- Candidates eligible for scribe/compensatory time must indicate this in the online application; subsequent requests may not be entertained and unregistered candidates will not get system-based compensatory time.

Selection Process
- 1. For Office Assistants:
- Shortlisting based on Main exam scores only; provisional allotment as per merit and reported vacancies.
- 2. For Officer Scale-I:
- Shortlisting for interview based on Main exam; final merit based on Main exam and interview (80:20).
- 3. For Officer Scale-II & III:
- Shortlisting for interview based on Single exam; final merit based on Single exam and interview (80:20).
- 4. Score normalization:
- Scores across sessions will be normalized using equi-percentile method; scores taken up to two decimals.
- 5. Provisional allotment:
- Merit-cum-preference basis, subject to reservation policy and administrative exigencies; within State opted for Scale-I and Office Assistants.
Admit Card Details
- 1. Call letters:
- Download from www.ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth; no hard copy will be sent.
- 2. Prelims (Scale-I/Office Assistants):
- Prelims call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and must be retained and produced at Main exam along with stamped ID copy.
- 3. Photo requirement:
- Carry one additional photograph (same as on call letter) to each exam.
- 4. Scribe declaration with call letter:
- Candidates who opted for scribe must fill scribe details while downloading the call letter, download the scribe declaration form, and bring it with the call letter and other requisite documents to the exam (Clause Q).
Reservation Details
- 1. PwBD reservation:
- As per RPwD Act, 2016; benchmark disability of 40% or more required; scribe/compensatory time as per Government OM dated 01.08.2025.
- 2. EWS:
- EWS candidates must have family gross annual income below Rs. 8.00 lakh and satisfy asset criteria; valid Income & Asset Certificate required.
- 3. OBC (NCL):
- OBC (NCL) certificate must include non-creamy layer clause and be issued on/after 01.04.2025 up to interview/document verification date.
- 4. Age relaxations:
- SC/ST 5 years; OBC (NCL) 3 years; PwBD 10 years; specified relaxations for Ex-Servicemen and widows/divorced women for relevant posts as per notification.
- 5. PwBD reservation validity:
- Reservation is not applicable on the basis of temporary disability certificates; it applies only to persons with irreversible permanent benchmark disability as per DoPT OM No. 36035/8/2023-Estt.(Res-II) dated 19.05.2023 (Corrigendum).
Document Requirements
- 1. PwBD (Benchmark Disability):
- Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board for PwBD benchmark category candidates (Clause J(ix)).
- 2. Specified disability <40% with writing difficulty:
- Certificate from competent medical authority of a Government healthcare institution in Appendix I format stating limitation to write and scribe essential (Clause J(x) and Appendix I).
- 3. Scribe undertaking:
- Letter of Undertaking by the candidate in Appendix II format to be submitted at the time of examination (Appendix II).
- 4. Uploads now non‑mandatory:
- Upload of documents under Clause J (ix) & (x) is non‑mandatory in the online application; originals must be produced at Document Verification/Interview/Joining (Annexure III note).
Important Instructions
- 1. Identity verification:
- Carry call letter and original photo ID bearing the same name as in application; biometric (fingerprint) and photo verification may be conducted.
- 2. Banned items:
- Electronic devices, calculators, watches, stationery, ornaments, and eatables are not allowed inside the exam centre.
- 3. Aadhaar:
- Candidates are advised to possess valid Aadhaar; online Aadhaar verification of candidates/scribes may be conducted at different stages.
- 4. Unfair means:
- Use of unfair means, impersonation, or process violations will lead to cancellation/debarment and may attract action under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
- 5. Scribe restrictions:
- The scribe must not be a candidate in CRP RRBs XIV and can act for only one candidate; violation will cancel both candidatures and may lead to debarment.
- 6. Compensatory time registration:
- Only candidates registered for compensatory time during online application will receive system-based extra time; later allowance is not possible.
- 7. Scribe prompting prohibited:
- If a scribe answers independently or prompts, the exam will be terminated and candidature cancelled; candidate and scribe may be debarred from future CRP exams.
- 8. Medical necessity:
- Candidates must satisfy the Independent Medical Officer/Board regarding limitation to write (including speed) necessitating a scribe.
- 9. Re-examination right:
- IBPS reserves the right to conduct re-exam if there is doubt about genuineness/validity of score/performance.
- 10. Clause to ignore:
- Clause ‘N’ (General Instructions) item (39) of the Detailed Notification is to be ignored (as per Corrigendum).
- 11. Terms unchanged:
- All other terms & conditions as mentioned in the Detailed Notification dated 01.09.2025 remain unchanged as per this corrigendum.

Interview Details
- 1. Applicability:
- Only for Officers Scale I, II and III.
- 2. Marks and qualifying:
- Interview carries 100 marks; minimum qualifying marks are 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- 3. Weightage:
- Final score is computed with Online Exam:Interview weightage of 80:20.
- 4. Centres and call letters:
- Interviews at select centres; details via downloadable call letters from IBPS website.
- 5. Travel reimbursement:
- Eligible outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates called for interview may be paid II class to & fro fare or actuals, whichever is less, on proof of travel (as per rules).
Training Details
- 1. Pre-Exam Training (PET):
- May be arranged online: for Office Assistants – SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD; for Officer Scale-I – SC/ST/OBC/Minority. Candidates must opt in the online application.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Grounds for disqualification:
- Providing false information, use of unfair means, impersonation, prohibited items, obstructing examination, or violating scribe rules may lead to cancellation/debarment and prosecution.

- 1. Edit Window fee:
- Correction fee of Rs.200 (inclusive of GST) is payable to submit modifications during the Edit Window.
- 2. Call letter handling:
- For Prelims (Scale-I/Office Assistants), the call letter will be authenticated/stamped at venue and must be produced at Main exam.

How to Apply

- A candidate may apply for Office Assistant and one Officer cadre post only (Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III); pay fees separately for each application.
- 3. Registration period:
- Online registration and fee payment from 01.09.2025 to 28.09.2025 (as per corrigendum dated 21.09.2025).
- 4. Uploads required:
- Photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration, SSC/SSLC/10th certificate, and PwBD/limitations certificates where applicable (as per Annexure III specifications).
- 5. DigiLocker:
- DigiLocker integration is available to voluntarily share issued credentials (Aadhaar, educational documents, etc.).
- 6. Edit window:
- A 2–3 days ‘Edit Window’ after application close will be announced; a correction fee of Rs.200 (inclusive of GST) applies; certain fields (e.g., Name, Email, Mobile, Post, State/UT) are non-editable.
- 7. Scribe/compensatory time option:
- Candidates eligible for scribe/compensatory time must indicate this in the online application; subsequent requests may not be entertained and unregistered candidates will not get system-based compensatory time.

Selection Process
- 1. For Office Assistants:
- Shortlisting based on Main exam scores only; provisional allotment as per merit and reported vacancies.
- 2. For Officer Scale-I:
- Shortlisting for interview based on Main exam; final merit based on Main exam and interview (80:20).
- 3. For Officer Scale-II & III:
- Shortlisting for interview based on Single exam; final merit based on Single exam and interview (80:20).
- 4. Score normalization:
- Scores across sessions will be normalized using equi-percentile method; scores taken up to two decimals.
- 5. Provisional allotment:
- Merit-cum-preference basis, subject to reservation policy and administrative exigencies; within State opted for Scale-I and Office Assistants.
Admit Card Details
- 1. Call letters:
- Download from www.ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth; no hard copy will be sent.
- 2. Prelims (Scale-I/Office Assistants):
- Prelims call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and must be retained and produced at Main exam along with stamped ID copy.
- 3. Photo requirement:
- Carry one additional photograph (same as on call letter) to each exam.
- 4. Scribe declaration with call letter:
- Candidates who opted for scribe must fill scribe details while downloading the call letter, download the scribe declaration form, and bring it with the call letter and other requisite documents to the exam (Clause Q).
Reservation Details
- 1. PwBD reservation:
- As per RPwD Act, 2016; benchmark disability of 40% or more required; scribe/compensatory time as per Government OM dated 01.08.2025.
- 2. EWS:
- EWS candidates must have family gross annual income below Rs. 8.00 lakh and satisfy asset criteria; valid Income & Asset Certificate required.
- 3. OBC (NCL):
- OBC (NCL) certificate must include non-creamy layer clause and be issued on/after 01.04.2025 up to interview/document verification date.
- 4. Age relaxations:
- SC/ST 5 years; OBC (NCL) 3 years; PwBD 10 years; specified relaxations for Ex-Servicemen and widows/divorced women for relevant posts as per notification.
- 5. PwBD reservation validity:
- Reservation is not applicable on the basis of temporary disability certificates; it applies only to persons with irreversible permanent benchmark disability as per DoPT OM No. 36035/8/2023-Estt.(Res-II) dated 19.05.2023 (Corrigendum).
Document Requirements
- 1. PwBD (Benchmark Disability):
- Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board for PwBD benchmark category candidates (Clause J(ix)).
- 2. Specified disability <40% with writing difficulty:
- Certificate from competent medical authority of a Government healthcare institution in Appendix I format stating limitation to write and scribe essential (Clause J(x) and Appendix I).
- 3. Scribe undertaking:
- Letter of Undertaking by the candidate in Appendix II format to be submitted at the time of examination (Appendix II).
- 4. Uploads now non‑mandatory:
- Upload of documents under Clause J (ix) & (x) is non‑mandatory in the online application; originals must be produced at Document Verification/Interview/Joining (Annexure III note).
Important Instructions
- 1. Identity verification:
- Carry call letter and original photo ID bearing the same name as in application; biometric (fingerprint) and photo verification may be conducted.
- 2. Banned items:
- Electronic devices, calculators, watches, stationery, ornaments, and eatables are not allowed inside the exam centre.
- 3. Aadhaar:
- Candidates are advised to possess valid Aadhaar; online Aadhaar verification of candidates/scribes may be conducted at different stages.
- 4. Unfair means:
- Use of unfair means, impersonation, or process violations will lead to cancellation/debarment and may attract action under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
- 5. Scribe restrictions:
- The scribe must not be a candidate in CRP RRBs XIV and can act for only one candidate; violation will cancel both candidatures and may lead to debarment.
- 6. Compensatory time registration:
- Only candidates registered for compensatory time during online application will receive system-based extra time; later allowance is not possible.
- 7. Scribe prompting prohibited:
- If a scribe answers independently or prompts, the exam will be terminated and candidature cancelled; candidate and scribe may be debarred from future CRP exams.
- 8. Medical necessity:
- Candidates must satisfy the Independent Medical Officer/Board regarding limitation to write (including speed) necessitating a scribe.
- 9. Re-examination right:
- IBPS reserves the right to conduct re-exam if there is doubt about genuineness/validity of score/performance.
- 10. Clause to ignore:
- Clause ‘N’ (General Instructions) item (39) of the Detailed Notification is to be ignored (as per Corrigendum).
- 11. Terms unchanged:
- All other terms & conditions as mentioned in the Detailed Notification dated 01.09.2025 remain unchanged as per this corrigendum.

Interview Details
- 1. Applicability:
- Only for Officers Scale I, II and III.
- 2. Marks and qualifying:
- Interview carries 100 marks; minimum qualifying marks are 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- 3. Weightage:
- Final score is computed with Online Exam:Interview weightage of 80:20.
- 4. Centres and call letters:
- Interviews at select centres; details via downloadable call letters from IBPS website.
- 5. Travel reimbursement:
- Eligible outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates called for interview may be paid II class to & fro fare or actuals, whichever is less, on proof of travel (as per rules).
Training Details
- 1. Pre-Exam Training (PET):
- May be arranged online: for Office Assistants – SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD; for Officer Scale-I – SC/ST/OBC/Minority. Candidates must opt in the online application.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Grounds for disqualification:
- Providing false information, use of unfair means, impersonation, prohibited items, obstructing examination, or violating scribe rules may lead to cancellation/debarment and prosecution.

- 1. Edit Window fee:
- Correction fee of Rs.200 (inclusive of GST) is payable to submit modifications during the Edit Window.
- 2. Call letter handling:
- For Prelims (Scale-I/Office Assistants), the call letter will be authenticated/stamped at venue and must be produced at Main exam.
