Job Details
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct CRP RRBs XII for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks across India. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I will have two-tier online examinations (Preliminary and Main), while Officer Scale II (GBO/Specialist) and Scale III will have a single online examination followed by a Common Interview for Officers. Indicative, bank-wise and category-wise vacancies are provided in Annexure-I; provisional allotment will be made based on merit-cum-preference and actual vacancies reported by RRBs, with state-wise restriction for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I. Cut Off Marks

- Minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- 2. Sectional/test cut-offs:
- Candidates must obtain minimum score in each test (and sufficiently high total score) in Main/Single examinations for shortlisting to interview/provisional allotment as applicable.

- Preliminary exam → Main exam → Provisional allotment based on Main marks and vacancies (no interview).
- 2. Officer Scale I:
- Preliminary exam → Main exam → Common Interview → Provisional allotment (final scores based on Main + Interview).
- 3. Officer Scale II & III:
- Single online examination → Common Interview → Provisional allotment (final scores based on Single exam + Interview).
- 4. Normalization:
- Scores will be normalized using the equipercentile method; scores are considered up to two decimals.
- 5. Cut-offs:
- Minimum cut-offs in each test and sufficiently high total scores are required; shortlisting numbers may be up to three times vacancies for Officers.
Admit Card Details
- 1. Availability:
- Call letters for all stages to be downloaded from www.ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth; no hard copies sent.
- 2. Prelim (OA & Scale I) call letter handling:
- Prelim call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and returned; candidates must carry the authenticated Prelim call letter with ID copy to the Main exam.
- 3. Scale II & III:
- Call letter with ID proof photocopy to be submitted after exam; scribe form (if applicable) to be submitted with call letter and ID copy.
- 4. Documents with call letter:

Reservation Details
- 1. PwBD reservation:
- Reservation for persons with benchmark disabilities under RPwD Act, 2016; eligible categories and scribe/compensatory time guidelines provided.
- 2. EWS:
- EWS reservation applicable with Income & Asset Certificate as per Government format; EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to GOI directives/outcome of litigation.

Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Misconduct/Unfair means:
- Candidates found using unfair means, impersonating, misbehaving, disclosing test content, carrying banned items, or furnishing false information are liable to criminal prosecution, disqualification, debarment, and termination if already employed.

- 1. Validity of CRP RRBs XII:
- CRP validity expires at close of business on the day one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier.

Cut Off Marks
- 1. Interview qualifying marks (Officers):
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- 2. Sectional/test cut-offs:
- Candidates must obtain minimum score in each test (and sufficiently high total score) in Main/Single examinations for shortlisting to interview/provisional allotment as applicable.

- 3. Uploads:
- Scan and upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, hand-written declaration (in candidate’s handwriting, in English, not in capitals), and certificate per Clause J(x) if applicable, as per Annexure III specifications.
- 4. Handwritten declaration text:
- “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- 5. State option:
- For OA and Officer Scale I, indicate the State opted for provisional allotment in the application; option is irrevocable.

Selection Process
- 1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
- Preliminary exam → Main exam → Provisional allotment based on Main marks and vacancies (no interview).
- 2. Officer Scale I:
- Preliminary exam → Main exam → Common Interview → Provisional allotment (final scores based on Main + Interview).
- 3. Officer Scale II & III:
- Single online examination → Common Interview → Provisional allotment (final scores based on Single exam + Interview).
- 4. Normalization:
- Scores will be normalized using the equipercentile method; scores are considered up to two decimals.
- 5. Cut-offs:
- Minimum cut-offs in each test and sufficiently high total scores are required; shortlisting numbers may be up to three times vacancies for Officers.
Admit Card Details
- 1. Availability:
- Call letters for all stages to be downloaded from www.ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth; no hard copies sent.
- 2. Prelim (OA & Scale I) call letter handling:
- Prelim call letter will be authenticated/stamped at centre and returned; candidates must carry the authenticated Prelim call letter with ID copy to the Main exam.
- 3. Scale II & III:
- Call letter with ID proof photocopy to be submitted after exam; scribe form (if applicable) to be submitted with call letter and ID copy.
- 4. Documents with call letter:
- One additional photograph (same as uploaded) must be brought along with call letter and ID; scribe declaration where applicable.
Reservation Details
- 1. PwBD reservation:
- Reservation for persons with benchmark disabilities under RPwD Act, 2016; eligible categories and scribe/compensatory time guidelines provided.
- 2. EWS:
- EWS reservation applicable with Income & Asset Certificate as per Government format; EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to GOI directives/outcome of litigation.
- 3. Age relaxations:
- As per Government of India norms (SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen, Widows/Divorced women for OA, 1984 riots affected).

- 1. At Interview/Joining:
- Interview call letter; system-generated application printout; proof of DOB; photo ID; mark-sheets/certificates; experience certificates (as applicable); caste/EWS/PwBD certificates in prescribed formats; scribe details (if used); Ex-Servicemen documents per Proforma A/B/C/D; NOC for Govt/PSU employees; eligibility certificate (where applicable); any other relevant documents.
Important Instructions
- 1. Identity & biometrics:
- Bring original valid photo ID matching application details; biometric (thumb) and/or iris/photo verification may be conducted; refusal may lead to cancellation.
- 2. Items not allowed:
- Mobile phones, calculators, watches, electronic devices, textual material, metallic items, eatables, etc., are prohibited in the exam hall.
- 3. Social distancing conduct:
- Report as per time; wear mask; carry sanitizer, water bottle, simple pen and blue ink stamp pad; follow venue instructions.
- 4. Malpractice:
- Use of unfair means, impersonation, disclosure of test content, or false particulars can lead to debarment, cancellation, and legal action.
Interview Details
- 1. Interview coordination:
- Interviews for Officers will be coordinated by Nodal RRBs with NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.
- 2. Marks & qualifying:
- Total 100 marks; minimum qualifying 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- 3. Weightage:
- Final score weightage 80:20 (Online exam:Interview).
- 4. Venue & intimation:
- Centres, venue address, and schedule will be provided in the interview call letter downloadable from www.ibps.in.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Misconduct/Unfair means:
- Candidates found using unfair means, impersonating, misbehaving, disclosing test content, carrying banned items, or furnishing false information are liable to criminal prosecution, disqualification, debarment, and termination if already employed.
Other Information
- 1. Validity of CRP RRBs XII:
- CRP validity expires at close of business on the day one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier.
- 2. PET:
- Pre-Examination Training may be arranged by RRBs for eligible categories; due to COVID-19, it may not be held; see dates section.
