JRF/SRF Recruitment 2025-26 at SSS-NIBE

Sardar Swaran Singh National Institute of Bio-Energy (SSS-NIBE) has announced a rolling advertisement for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) for the fiscal year 2025-26. The recruitment is under the 'SSS-NIBE Bio-Energy Promotion Fellowship' to promote research in the field of Bio-Energy.

1. Application Process:

Eligible candidates can download the application form and instructions from the SSS-NIBE website. Applications can be submitted via speed/registered post or email.

2. Screening Dates:

Applications will be screened twice a year on 30th June 2025 and 31st December 2025.

3. Fellowship Details:

The JRF position offers a stipend of INR 37,000 per month, while the SRF position offers INR 42,000 per month, both with additional HRA or hostel facilities as per rules.

4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in relevant degrees and meet specific age and qualification requirements.

5. Research Areas:

Research areas include biomass resource assessment, gasification, pyrolysis, lignin valorisation, biochar production, and more.
