1. Mining Expert
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: Master’s degree with specialization in Mining OR Postgraduate in Engineering with specialization in Mining/Energy Studies/Energy Management OR PhD in Energy sector (full‑time).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Coal or Energy sector; understanding of regulatory/policy frameworks in India; consulting/advisory experience for Government preferred.
Age Limitations:
- Maximum age: 32 years as on 27.09.2024.
Additional Information
- Vacancy change: Number of vacancies may change at any stage as per project requirements.
- Relaxations: Eligibility criteria such as age and experience may be relaxed in exceptional cases.
Salary Details
> Gross Salary: ₹1,00,000 Monthly
> Allowances: No separate monthly allowances such as conveyance allowance or HRA; travel and daily allowance reimbursed as per Central Government rules when on official tour outside Delhi.

- Review/negotiation: Monthly remuneration may be reviewed after completion of one year based on performance; pay may be negotiated for exceptional candidates.

- 1. Shortlisting:

- Work experience certificate issued by last employer(s).

Important Instructions
- 1. Completeness and timeliness:
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be accepted.
- 2. Shortlist intimation:
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed by email and must appear for the interview with original documents/testimonials.
- 3. TA/DA:
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
- 4. Facilities not admissible:
- No residential telephone, accommodation, CGHS/medical reimbursement, personal staff or transport facilities are admissible.
- 5. Leave:
- 12 days leave in a calendar year on a pro‑rata basis; unavailed leave cannot be carried forward.
- 6. Taxes:
- Income tax or any other applicable tax will be deducted at source; TDS certificate will be issued.
- 7. Confidentiality and conflict:
- The candidate shall maintain confidentiality and not work for or advise others against the interest of the Nominated Authority during engagement; non‑disclosure obligations continue up to five years post‑engagement.

- Engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice for specified reasons; the candidate must give 30 days’ notice to quit.
