The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results and cut-off marks for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I), 2025. A total of 735 candidates have been recommended for various wings, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Naval Academy.
- 1. Total Recommended Candidates:
- A total of 735 candidates have been recommended for admission to the NDA and NA.
- 2. Army Wing Vacancies:
- 208 vacancies, including 10 for female candidates, with a minimum qualifying standard of 334 marks out of 900 in the written stage.
- 3. Navy Wing Vacancies:
- 42 vacancies, including 6 for female candidates.
- 4. Air Force Wing Vacancies:
- Flying - 92 vacancies (including 2 for females), Ground duties (Tech) - 18 vacancies (including 2 for females), Ground duties (Non-Tech) - 10 vacancies (including 2 for females).
- 5. Naval Academy Vacancies:
- 36 vacancies, including 5 for female candidates.
- 6. Tie-Breaking Principles:
- In case of a tie, candidates with higher marks in the written total are ranked higher. If still tied, marks in 'Paper-II General Ability Test' are considered, followed by age.
