State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (POs) for 2023. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, examination pattern, and important dates for the recruitment process.

1. Application Period:

The application window for SBI Probationary Officers is open from September 7, 2023, to September 27, 2023. Candidates must complete the online registration and fee payment within this period.

2. Examination Stages:

The recruitment process consists of three phases: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Phase-III (Psychometric Test, Interview & Group Exercises).

3. Total Number of Vacancies:

A total of 2,000 vacancies are available for the Probationary Officer position, distributed across various categories including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and General.

4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The age limit is between 21 and 30 years as of April 1, 2023, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.

5. Application Fee:

The application fee is ₹750 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
