- CTC negotiation: Annual CTC is to be offered based on existing CTC and interaction, within the CTC range/upper band published in the advertisement.

- Acceptance/decline: Committee records whether the CTC offer was accepted or declined by the candidate.

- 2. Offer letter:

- Attach salary slips of the last 3 months.
- 4. Promotion letter:
- Attach if applicable.
- 5. Salary account statement:
- Attach relevant portion of the last 6 months’ salary account statement evidencing fixed and variable payouts.

- 3. Committee sign-off:
- Form provides signature, name, PF number and designation fields for Chairperson and Members of the CTC Negotiation Committee.
