- CTC band applicability: Annual CTC offered must be within the CTC range/upper band published in the advertisement.
Selection Process
- 1. Negotiation basis:
- Offer decided based on the candidate’s existing Annual CTC, supporting documents submitted, and interaction with the candidate.
- 2. Offer within band:
- Annual CTC to be offered within the advertisement’s CTC range/upper band.
- 3. CTC bifurcation:
- Committee records fixed and variable components (as percentages) and any annual increment.
- 4. Outcome recording:
- Committee records whether the candidate accepted, declined, or that CTC is not recommended if not found suitable for selection.
- 5. Committee sign-off:
- The CTC Negotiation Committee (Senior Member and Members) records names/PF IDs/designations and signs the form.
Document Requirements
- 1. Form 16/26AS:
- Attach latest copy of Form 16/26AS.
- 2. Offer letter:
- Attach current employer’s offer/appointment letter.
- 3. Salary slips:
- Attach salary slips of the last 3 months.
- 4. Promotion letter:
- Attach promotion letter, if applicable.
- 5. Salary account statement:
- Attach part of the last 6 months’ salary account statement evidencing fixed and variable payout.
Important Instructions
- 1. Variable pay entry:
- Indicate variable pay as a percentage of Total CTC as mentioned in the offer letter.
- 2. CTC components:
- Enter fixed pay, variable pay, and other fixed allowances; compute Total CTC (A+B+C).
