State Bank of India has released the CTC Negotiation Format for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis. This format is crucial for candidates to understand the negotiation process and the components of their CTC.

1. Recruitment Details:

The recruitment is for Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis as per Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2025-26/20.

2. CTC Components:

The CTC includes Fixed Pay, Variable Pay, and Other Fixed Allowances. Candidates are required to provide details of their current CTC and expected CTC.

3. Required Documents:

Candidates must attach the latest copy of Form 16/26AS, offer letter, salary slips of the last 3 months, and part of the last 6 months' salary account statement.

4. Negotiation Process:

The CTC negotiation will be based on the candidate's existing CTC and supporting documents. The committee will offer an Annual CTC within the published range.
