State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection stages for various posts including AVP (Manpower Planning & Recruitment) and AVP (Learning & Development).

1. Application Period:
Online registration and payment of fees are open from January 12, 2026, to February 2, 2026. Candidates must complete the process within this period.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources is required.
3. Selection Process:
The selection process includes shortlisting and interviews, followed by CTC negotiation for contractual posts.
4. Contract Details:
The contract period is 5 years, with the possibility of termination by either party with one month's notice or compensation.
5. Application Fee:
The application fee is ₹750 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
