Security Officer Recruitment at CSIR-CMERI 2025

CSIR-CMERI has released an official notification for the recruitment of a Security Officer. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection stages for the post.

1. Application Period:

The application window for the Security Officer post is open from December 6, 2025, to January 5, 2026. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be Ex-Servicemen JCO (Subedar or higher rank) or equivalent in other Para-military forces with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in security. Age limit is 35 years as of January 5, 2026.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes a physical standard and physical test followed by a written test. The final merit list will be based on the written test performance.

4. Application Fee:

A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is applicable for applicants other than Ex-servicemen/SC/ST/Women. The fee is to be deposited online through State Bank Collect only.
