UIDAI invites applications on deputation (Foreign Service term basis) for one Assistant Section Officer (ASO) at its State Office, Ahmedabad, in Pay Matrix Level 6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (₹ 35,400–1,12,400). Eligibility is open to officers below 56 years from Central Government (analogous post OR 3 years’ regular service in Level-5 OR 5 years in Level-4 OR 7 years in Level-3) or from State/UT Governments/PSUs/Autonomous Organisations holding regular posts in corresponding grades with requisite experience; for PSUs, Level-6 corresponds to ₹ 34,000–71,000 (Revised)/₹ 14,900–27,850 (pre‑revised) and Level‑5 corresponds to ₹ 27,500–60,000 (Revised)/₹ 12,520–23,440 (pre‑revised). Desirable experience includes Administration, Legal, Establishment, HR, Finance/Accounts/Budgeting, Vigilance, Procurement, Planning & Policy, Project implementation/monitoring, and E‑Governance; basic skills of working in a computerized office environment are desirable. Tenure of deputation is five years (minimum three years). Salary, allowances and service conditions are governed by UIDAI Regulations, 2020; leave by CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972; deputation terms by DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009‑Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010; in case of dissimilar pay/DA pattern, only pay is protected, not perquisites.
