UIDAI invites applications on deputation (Foreign Service terms) for one post of Section Officer at its Regional Office, Guwahati in Pay Matrix Level‑8 (₹47,600–1,51,100).   • Essential (Central Government): Analogous post on regular basis OR 3 years’ regular service in Level‑7 OR 5 years’ regular service in Level‑6.
  • Essential (Other organisations): State/UT Govt/PSU/Autonomous Organisation officers in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in Administration/Legal/Establishment/HR/Finance/Accounts/Budgeting/Vigilance/Procurement/Planning & Policy/Project implementation & monitoring/E‑Governance; basic computer skills.

Age Limitations:

  • Upper age limit: Below 56 years as on the closing date.

> Salary Range: 47,600 - ₹1,51,100

  • Pay level: Pay Matrix Level‑8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
  • Service conditions: As per UIDAI Regulations, 2020 (Appointment; Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service).

The Authority reserves the right to withdraw this circular at any time, without assigning any reason.

1. Deputation period:
Five years; lending organisation may relieve for a lesser period subject to a minimum of three years.
2. Governing orders:
Terms and conditions of deputation governed by DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009‑Estt.(Pay II), dated 17.6.2010 and subsequent orders.
3. Medical facilities:
CGHS (if availed in parent organisation) may be continued; medical facilities also as per UIDAI Medical Reimbursement Scheme.
