- Deputation tenure: Five years; lending organisation may relieve for a lesser period subject to a minimum of three years.
- Leave & service rules: Leave as per CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972; other terms as per UIDAI Regulations, 2020 and DoPT OM No.6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.6.2010.
- Pay protection (dissimilar orgs): Only pay will be protected; perquisites will not be protected as per DoPT OM 17.6.2010.
