- In case of a tie in final marks, candidates with higher written exam scores will be ranked higher. If still tied, younger candidates will be preferred, followed by those who completed their internship earlier.
- 3. Discretion of Commission:
- If ties persist after applying all principles, the Commission will resolve them at its discretion.
