Other Information

1. Issuing authority:
U.K. Sah, Under Secretary (INM), Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare
2. Conflicting closing dates as printed:
The circular contradicts itself. Paragraph 3 of the signed circular on page 1 gives the closing time as 5:00PM, 10.01.2026, while paragraph 11 of Annexure-II (Terms & Conditions) on the last page gives 5.00 PM, 03/01/2026. Both were verified on the rendered PDF pages and neither has been corrected. Only the date in the signed body of the circular has been typed as the application deadline; the Annexure-II date is recorded as prose and typed as an unresolved 'other' entry.
3. Application start date:
Not stated. The circular opens applications on publication and gives only a closing date, so no start date has been recorded.
4. Age limit:
Deliberately left null - the circular states no age limit for the Young Professional posts.
5. Fee:
Deliberately left out - the circular prescribes no application fee.
6. Circular date legibility:
The date on page 1 is handwritten. It reads 09/12/2025; the month glyph is written quickly and is the least certain character, but a December 2025 date is consistent with the January 2026 closing dates.
7. Circulation:
Circulated to all Ministries/Departments of the Government of India and subordinate/attached offices of DA&FW including IARI and ICAR, all notice boards of DA&FW, and the Ministry of Labour and Employment for uploading on the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
