Job Details
Haldia Dock Complex, Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata seeks to engage a Surveyor on a 3-year contract. Duties include performing functions of Surveyor and Civil/Survey Draftsman in Administration Division; monitoring land allotment; undertaking surveys of HDC areas for allotment and tenancy control; preparing maps/drawings using Auto-CAD and GIS; preparing plot schedules for lease deeds, tenancy, encroachment and other purposes; participating in inspections and assisting in eviction drives; and any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer. Posting will normally be at the Administration Division, HDC, with work required anywhere under HDC as needed; six-day week, general shift, and attendance on Sundays/holidays or for emergencies may be required without extra remuneration.

- Desirable: Two years’ experience in related field under any reputed organization.
Age Limitations:

Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹35,000 Monthly
> Allowances: Consolidated remuneration; yearly increment based on Annual Performance Review.
