Cut Off Marks

1. Preliminary Examination:
Minimum qualifying marks are 40% for General, 36.5% for OBC, 34% for EBC, and 32% for SC/ST and female candidates.

BPSC has released the final answer key for the ABO Mains (Objective) General Hindi paper held on 27-02-2026 (Advt. 37/2025).
6. Final Answer Key (Mains General Knowledge):
BPSC has released the final answer key for the ABO Mains (Objective) General Knowledge paper held on 27-02-2026, with reasons and noted deletions/correction.
7. PwD disability verification (IGIMS, Patna):
As per the notice titled 'Divyang Abhyarthiyon ki Suchi evam Nirdesh', DD and MD category candidates must report to IGIMS, Patna on 06-05-2026 at 10:00 बजे पूर्वाह्न for disability verification; absentees will not get another chance.

Admit Card Details

1. Admit Card Release:
Admit cards will be available on the BPSC website approximately three weeks before the exam date. Candidates must download and print their admit cards.
2. DV admit card:
No separate admit card will be issued for DV; carry the e-admit card of the ABO Main (Objective) examination.
3. PwD verification admit card:
Carry the ABO Main (Objective) exam admit card to the PwD disability verification at IGIMS, Patna.

Reservation Details

1. Reservation Policy:
Reservations apply for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories according to the latest Bihar government policies.
2. Bihar domicile for reservation:
Reservation benefits will be granted only on the basis of valid original certificates issued by competent authorities of Bihar; candidates from reserved categories of other states will be treated as General for reservation.

Document Requirements

1. Required Documents:
Candidates must submit scanned copies of their graduation degree certificate, valid ID proof, and relevant category certificates as specified.
2. Annexure-1:
Photocopy of proof for Date of Birth; age reckoned as on 1 अगस्त 2025.
3. Annexure-2:

9. Prapatra-I:
Print, fill and bring Prapatra-I from bpsc.bihar.gov.in with a passport-size photograph affixed and self-attested.
10. Originals and self-attested copies:
Produce all original certificates with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification.
11. Matriculation certificate:
For proof of date of birth.
12. Graduation documents:
Degree and mark-sheets.
13. Valid photo ID:
Carry a valid photo identity document.
14. Reservation certificates:
SC/ST/EBC/BC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman and other category certificates in original, if claimed, as per Bihar rules.
15. NOC (if employed):
Government servants must bring a No Objection Certificate from the competent authority.
16. Certificate issuance cut-off:
Only certificates/marksheets mentioned in the online application and issued up to 23.06.2025 will be accepted at DV.
17. Recent photograph:
Bring a recent passport-size photograph as required at DV.
18. PwD verification documents:
For the PwD disability verification: carry the ABO Main (Objective) exam admit card, a photo identity proof (photocopy), and the attached Performa duly filled.
19. PwD proforma photographs:
Affix one photograph on the PwD medical exam form and attach two additional photographs (total three).
20. Identification marks (form):
Provide details of two identification marks in the PwD medical exam form.
21. Specimen signatures (form):
Provide specimen signatures in both Hindi and English in the PwD medical exam form.

Important Instructions

1. Download method:
Download the OMR sheet only by logging into your Dashboard at https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.
2. Objection submission:
Email objections regarding any error in the downloaded OMR to examcontroller-bpsc@gov.in up to 13.04.2026.
3. No late consideration:
Objections received after 13.04.2026 will not be considered.
4. No later provision of OMR:
If the OMR is not downloaded by 13.04.2026, it will not be provided later by the Commission.
5. Mode restriction:
Objections or feedback submitted through any other mode will not be entertained.
6. Applicability note:
This instruction is issued for Advt. 37/2025 (ABO Mains - Objective) and was also issued for Advt. 42/2025 in the same notice.
7. Answer key objections (this notice):
Only candidates who appeared in the exam can submit objections online between 14.03.2026 and 20.03.2026 by logging in and uploading supporting documents; ₹250 per question is payable. Objections after the deadline or through any other mode will not be considered.
