How to Apply

1. Objection filing:
Log in with your Username and Password and submit objections via the candidate Dashboard as per the displayed question booklet.
2. Window:
File objections only between 14.08.2026 and 18.08.2026.
3. Evidence:
Upload authentic documentary evidence in support of each objection.
4. Fee:
Pay Rs. 250 for each question challenged; objections by any other mode or after the deadline will not be accepted.
5. Step 1:
Go to https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in and log in with your Username and Password.
6. Step 2:
Open Dashboard → select GRIEVANCE dropdown → choose ‘Exam Malpractice’.
7. Step 3:
Fill in full details of the incident and upload supporting evidence.
8. Step 4:
Upload a sworn Affidavit; submit within 48 hours after the exam concludes.

Admit Card Details

1. Admit card download start:
09.07.2026 via https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login (My Account → View/Download).
2. Centre details on Dashboard:
Available from 12.07.2026; use the ‘Admit Card Exam Center’ View/Download button to get details.
3. Barcode and Roll No.:
Verify that the e‑Admit Card shows the Roll Number with a Bar‑Code clearly printed.
4. Reporting and entry window:
Reach 2 hours early; entry permitted only up to 1 hour before the exam begins.
5. Mode of issue:
Admit cards will not be sent by post; carry the downloaded e‑Admit Card to the centre.
6. Exam date referenced:
Applies to the exam on 15.07.2026 (10:00 AM–12:00 Noon).

Document Requirements

1. Affidavit (mandatory):
An affidavit (sworn statement) must be uploaded with the malpractice complaint; complaints without an affidavit will not be considered.
2. Gazetted Officer–attested photograph:
Paste an attested photograph in the space provided on the form.
3. Signatures in two scripts:
Candidate’s signatures are required in both Hindi and English on the declaration.
4. Declaration form for photo/signature issue:
Download from https://bpsc.bihar.gov.in; fill fully and carry to the centre.
5. Two attested colour photographs:
One to paste on the e‑admit card and one to attach with the office copy for submission at the exam centre.
6. Government‑issued ID:
Carry the ID mentioned in the online application (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving Licence, etc.).
7. For answer‑key objection:
Upload authentic documentary evidence in support of each challenged question.

Important Instructions

1. Exam date and time:
The Preliminary (Objective) exam is on 15.07.2026 (Wednesday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
2. Reporting and entry cut‑off:
Reach the centre at least one hour before the start; entry will be permitted only up to one hour before the exam begins.
3. Exit restriction:
Leave the examination hall/premises only after the examination ends.
4. OMR 'E' (Not Attempted) rule:
Five options (A, B, C, D, E) will be provided; to skip a question, mark option 'E'.
5. Negative marking:
If a question is left without marking any option, 1/3 (one‑third) mark will be deducted.
6. Banned stationery:
Marker/White Fluid/Blade/Eraser are not allowed inside the examination hall.
7. Electronics ban:
Carrying/using electronic items (mobile, Bluetooth gadget, smartwatch, electronic pen/paper, etc.) is prohibited inside the exam hall.
8. Action under law:
Unfair means will invite action under the Bihar Conduct of Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
9. Official information only:
Do not pay attention to rumours; refer to the Commission’s official website for information.
10. Answer‑key basis:
Official answers have been prepared according to the displayed question booklet; submit objections strictly as per that booklet.
11. Mode and deadline binding:
Objections submitted after 18.08.2026 or by any other mode will not be considered.
12. Check barcode on admit card:
Ensure Roll No. with Bar‑Code is clearly printed on the e‑Admit Card.

Disqualification Criteria

1. Possession/use of prohibited items:
Carrying chits or electronic devices in the examination hall and other unfair means will lead to debarment from the Commission’s examinations as per rules.
2. Violation of OMR rules:
Not adhering to OMR instructions (e.g., leaving questions blank without marking 'E') attracts negative marking and may be treated as non‑compliance.
