Job Details
CEPI, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, seeks Senior Consultants on a full‑time contractual basis. Senior Consultant (General) requires retired officials at Director level (Level‑13) from CPWD/RLDA/NBCC/State land & property agencies or, for others, MBA (NAAC ‘A’) with 10+ years’ experience in land valuation/monetisation and managing residential, commercial and industrial real‑estate projects; desirable experience includes land management/revenue, acquisition matters, asset monetisation, inter‑departmental coordination, strong communication and MS‑Office skills. Senior Consultant (Valuation) requires retired officials at Deputy Secretary level (Level‑12) from similar organisations or, for others, MBA (NAAC ‘A’) with 10+ years’ experience in valuation/monetisation of real‑estate; private individuals should have passed the IBBI Registered Valuer exam (Land & Buildings). Engagement is initially for three years (annual review), extendable, purely contractual, with remuneration as per DoPT for retirees or fixed ₹1,18,000 (Level‑13) / ₹78,000 (Level‑12) per month for others.

2. Senior Consultant (Valuation) (Level-12)
Eligibility Criteria:
- For retired Government officials: Retired Central/State Govt./PSU employee at the level of Deputy Secretary or equivalent (Level‑12 Pay Matrix) from CPWD, RLDA, NBCC or State Govt. Land/Property Management agencies.
- For others – education: MBA from a recognised University/Institute with minimum NAAC ‘A’ accreditation.
- For others – experience: At least 10 years’ experience in land valuation, monetisation, or real‑estate projects (residential/commercial/industrial).
- For private individuals: Passed Registered Valuers exam of IBBI in the asset class ‘Land and Buildings’.
- Desirable: Experience with Government/Private/International companies in valuation/securitisation of property assets with banks; proven ability to independently manage valuation and coordinate with Central Ministries and State Revenue Departments; strong communication/analytical/presentation skills and good MS‑Office/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
Age Limitations:

Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹78,000 - ₹1,18,000 Monthly
> Allowances: No entitlement to allowances such as Residential Accommodation, CGHS, Medical Reimbursement, Personal Staff, etc.

- Remuneration for retired officials: Fixed per month as per DoPT guidelines (Last Pay Drawn minus Pension). Retired officials from PSU/Autonomous bodies will be treated as other candidates.
- Remuneration for others (Level-13): ₹ 1,18,000 per month (equivalent to Pay Level 13 of the Central Government).
- Remuneration for others (Level-12): ₹ 78,000 per month (equivalent to Pay Level 12 of the Central Government).
- TA/DA: TA/DA for official domestic travel admissible as per entitlement of analogous post (DoE O.M. 13.07.2017) with prior approval; no reimbursement for joining or exit travel.
