Selection Process
- 1. Document Verification (Round-2):
- Report to Railway Recruitment Board, Mahendrughat, Patna: 800 004, Bihar on 18-09-2025 as per your session (Forenoon 09:30 AM / Afternoon 01:30 PM).
- 2. Medical Examination:
- After DV, candidates will be sent for medical examination at the nominated Railway Hospital on the next day; be prepared to stay for more than four days; prescribed medical fee is Rs 24 only; specialized tests if required may be chargeable at external facilities.
- 3. Block date for absentees:
- 30.09.2025 at 09.30 HRS for candidates absent on their regular DV date.
- 4. Provisional shortlisting:
- Shortlisting is provisional; candidature is liable to cancellation at any stage if discrepancies/malpractices are detected.
Admit Card Details
- 1. E-call letter download:
- SMS/E-mail alerts are being sent to registered mobile/email for downloading the e-call letter from RRB’s website.
Document Requirements
- 1. Originals and photocopies:
- Produce all original documents with two sets of A4-size photocopies as detailed in the CEN and in the e-call letter issued for DV.
- 2. Pre-DV uploads:
- Upload clear scanned images of all documents, colour passport-size photograph and signature on https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/ from 10 days before DV date till the DV date.

- 1. Merit-based selection:
- Recruitment is fully computerized and selection is based on merit; beware of touts and false promises.
- 2. Error rectification:
- RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake; no correspondence will be entertained.
Disqualification Criteria

- Failure to report for DV on the scheduled date or the block date will result in forfeiture of candidature; no correspondence will be entertained.
